Another easy piece of upcycling. This time a large oak mirror we had. Bear in mind, 6 months previously, I’d have tried to find a new one in the shops and bought it when we could afford it. These days though, I took apart our old one, chalk painted the frame (again using Annie Sloan, Athenian Black paint), waxed it and was surprised at how lovely it looked in our new guest bedroom.
